Wild Wonders is a nature based program, so the majority of time will be spent outside exploring natural areas.
The health and safety of our guests, staff, and animals is a top priority at the Minnesota Zoo. For this reason, class size is limited and a consistent group of students is present throughout the session. The majority of class time is spent outside exploring nature in open air, with attention to maintaining appropriate distance. Students are encouraged to wash their hands often with soap and water. Per Zoo policy, all participants will be expected to wear a mask throughout their time at the Zoo unless they are eating or drinking. Strict cleaning protocols are used and the curriculum has been designed to limit shared used of materials.
