Tropical Reef Dive Show
Our spectacular floor-to-ceiling underwater viewing allows you to watch aquarium staff SCUBA dive with the sharks and tropical fish of the Coral Reef. Dive shows are daily at 10:30 a.m. (limited capacity)

Cow Milking Demonstration (seasonal)
The dairy barn at the Well’s Fargo Family Farm features daily cow milking demonstrations at 11, 1, and 3, April through November. (limited capacity) Watch video.
Watch the savage beauty of our sharks and other marine life during their scheduled feedings. Discovery Bay shark feedings are at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Wells Fargo Family Farm (April 1-November 30)
Experience a working farm and learn how food gets from farms to tables. This popular exhibit offers families a chance to see and touch domestic animals like cows, goats, pigs, and more.

Cool off under life-sized animal sculptures in our interactive water fountain on the Central Plaza.

Home for the Holidays- Military Appreciation Months November 11 -January 4
The Minnesota Zoo salutes our troops with a special offer for the holiday season. All military personnel (active, retired and civilian*) will receive FREE admission and parking. Family members will receive half price admission.
Alison Hawthorne Deming on the meaning of Zoologies – Saturday, December 6 at 4:30 p.m.
Alison Hawthorne Deming will be reading selections and engaging in an onstage conversation with Minnesota Zoo butterfly conservation specialist Cale Nordmeyer as part of an afternoon exploring her new collection of essays, Zoologies: On Animals and the Human Spirit.
Members Only Snack with Santa
Enjoy an early morning snack in the “Call of the Wild” restaurant and visit with Santa! There will be fun activities and a special gift for the kids. Bring your own camera to take those special photos with Santa.
December is a great time to visit the Minnesota Zoo. If you’re looking for that perfect holiday photo, bring your family and camera to the Zoo on Saturday, December 6, 13, and 20 and meet Santa. He’ll be available for photos from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
