Wild Workouts: Mindful Nature Immersion

Offered the fifth Tuesday of appropriate months from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Wild Workouts: Mindful Nature Immersion

Learn how to utilize mindfulness to connect with and explore the outer natural world as well as your inner nature. Participants will be taught basic mindfulness practices, then guided in an immersive experience to practice those skills. These experiences broaden awareness, sharpen focus, engage the senses, and open the heart. One will hopefully experience a deeper connection and appreciation for nature, as well as developing a sense of compassion for animals, including other humans and ourselves.
Note: No previous experience required—all levels welcome. If you'd like to write or sketch after the class, please bring a journal.
