Hispanic Heritage Day – Sunday, September 15

Enjoy a day at the Minnesota Zoo celebrating culture and community. Discover wildlife from around the world along with live music, food, and special guests, including Minnesota Twins great Juan “Sr Smoke” Berenguer, Minnesota Twins DJ Angel, Mexican dance group Mexico Azteca, Cuban dance lessons with instructor Rene Thompson, and more! Join in the celebration on September 15, from 10 am – 4 pm.

Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular - September 28 – November 2

In fall 2024, thousands of carved pumpkins will light up the night at the 6th annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. This one-of-a-kind, family-friendly experience is only at the Minnesota Zoo! On an outdoor trail, you’ll see 5,000 hand-carved pumpkins with not-so-spooky smiles, whimsical grins, and realistic scenes of the wild world. Tickets on sale in September. More information.
