Cleaning Up after the Worst Winter Ever…

April 21st, 22nd and 23rd is Spring Clean-Up at Minnesota Zoo and Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

WHAT:      Spring Cleaning at the Minnesota Zoo and Minnesota Landscape Arboretum with Tennant Company is a spring clean-up event resulting in the Minnesota landmarks’ roads, parking lots, trails and sidewalks being swept clean of this long winter’s sand, salt, dirt, and debris in preparation for the busy spring and summer visitor seasons. The clean-up event will kick-off at the Minnesota Zoo on Monday, April 21, with teams of Tennant Company employee volunteers and Minnesota Zoo grounds crew cleaning over 1.7 million square feet with a fleet of state-of-the-art Tennant sweepers and scrubbers for the two day spring clean. Following up on day three, April 23, a morning start with the Arboretum staff will get the volunteers going on cleaning more than 900,000 square feet at the Arboretum.
