Virtual
- Live tour of Tropics, Oceans, or Penguins
- Live World of Wildlife program with 3-4 animal ambassadors
- Recorded tour of Tropics, Oceans or Penguins
- Recorded World of Wildlife program with 3-4 animal ambassadors
In-person
- “World of Wildlife” program with 3-4 animal ambassadors (in large space with up to 35 participants)
- Studio format “World of Wildlife” program (livestream into other rooms)
- Booth style program, with or without 3-4 animal ambassadors (people walking by may choose to interact with the booth/table)
- Floor visits with an animal ambassador (to individual patient rooms or small group settings)
Time of year
Programs are offered all year, except from December 15 to February 15 when temperatures often make it unsafe for animals to travel.
Travel Restrictions
We offer programming up to 90 miles from the Minnesota Zoo within the state of Minnesota. Virtual programs are offered for locations near or further away. From December 15 – February 15 we only offer virtual programs.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the program will receive a refund of 75% of the program fee. No refunds will be made less than two weeks prior to the program.
Scheduling a Zoomobile Program
To schedule a Zoomobile program, please complete the Zoomobile Request Form to submit a request. Please note: Programs must be requested more than 2 weeks in advance. Full payment is due 2 weeks in advance. If you have any other questions, email us at [email protected].
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis up to six months in advance. Many dates are filled months ahead, so make your reservations as early as possible to ensure your preferred date.
