The Minnesota Zoo cares about youth and STEM opportunities. Our next great scientist could be YOU! We are supporting this year’s Lego League season with some informational research sessions on Saturday, September 28, October 5, and October 12, 2024 at the Zoo.

Our animals face many challenges in their ecosystems, especially those in the ever-changing oceans. Come meet, explore and learn more about our animals and what issues affect them the most. Be inspired to make a difference not only in their lives but also our own.

We are offering 2 information sessions, several times a day (see schedule below). They will be 20-minute presentations followed with time for additional questions for the presenter. Self-guided worksheets to assist with your research are also available.

Information sessions are free to attend with Zoo admission. Sign-ups are available on-site, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
