Animals After Dark Group Overnight – Oceans
As the Zoo closes for the day, Discovery Bay is still alive with activity! This popular overnight program at the Minnesota Zoo will take you and your group “below the surface,” as you explore the mysteries of ocean life, from monk seals to sharks to sea turtles. During our packed program, you’ll get to visit cool places behind-the-scenes, meet a zookeeper or aquarist, and touch sharks and sea stars. Through exciting games and hands-on activities, you’ll learn all about these marine animals and their watery world. Experience the Zoo as you never have before, and fall asleep as sharks go swimming by!
The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday night and ends at 9 a.m. the following morning. Maximum group size is 60 (children and chaperones). We need a minimum of 20 people for the overnight to take place.
When you book your overnight your group may be combined with other groups of a different gender or age. Please let us know if you need special sleeping arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your group. If you would like the overnight to be exclusive for your group only, you must register a minimum of 45 people.
