Biodiversity – Monday, March 23, 2020

Explore the great variety of life on this planet and how everything (including you!) has a role to play. With the help of camera traps and other tools, find out what wildlife calls the Zoo home. Be a citizen scientist, play games, and go outside to enjoy nature and help wildlife!

The theme for these spring break camps is Camp Conservation
In the world of wildlife, we spend a lot of time talking about conservation. But what exactly does conservation mean, and what does it really look like? In this fun camp, we’ll jump right into some big ideas through games, hands-on activities, animal encounters, and trips around the Zoo. Whether you join us for a day or all week, you’ll head home with some new big thoughts on what it means to conserve wildlife.
