Do you qualify for FREE Minnesota Zoo admission?
The Minnesota Zoo is committed to serving ALL Minnesotans. Each year, the Minnesota Zoo provides 10 percent of our annual attendance FREE through our Zoo Access Program to guests with limited incomes.
The Zoo Access Program provides free admission for a qualifying guest and their dependents.
To qualify for the Zoo Access Program, you must be enrolled in one or more of the programs listed below and simply show the approved documentation along with a Minnesota photo ID at admissions.

The Zoo Access Program does not include parking or fees for any special programs or exhibits. Valid only during regular Zoo hours.

Proof of current enrollment in qualifying programs is required; burden of proof is upon the participant. Without verification the Minnesota Zoo reserves the right to decline limited income rates and benefits. Limited income admission is valid only for qualified individuals age 18 and older and their immediate family attending the zoo at the same time as the qualified participant. This program and its benefits are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other products or service. The Minnesota Zoo reserves the right to change, modify or decline limited income programs at any time.
