Why should kids have all the fun? These programs, for adults only, explore all kinds of Zoo-related topics with guest speakers, behind-the-scenes tours, hands-on projects, and other interactive experiences. We explain the science, the inner workings of the Zoo, and the stories of our animals in new ways.

Hands-On for Wildlife: celebrate Earth Day through hands-on service projects
In honor of Earth Day (April 22, 2018), this month’s adult camp is dedicated to assisting the wildlife in the Minnesota Zoo’s woods! Meet with our conservation and education staff to learn about local species, like chorus frogs and red squirrels – then work together on on-site service projects. We might get a little muddy! Then we’ll celebrate together by meeting an animal visitor.

AGES: 18 years old and up
DATE: Saturday, April 21 from 1-4 p.m.
FEES:  Members: $27 per person; Non-members: $35 per person
