Join AZUL for this one-day adventure in southeast Minnesota full of unique opportunities. We’ll enjoy a day packed with the beauty of underground geology and the conservation tales of Minnesota’s important insect-eaters, in an itinerary specially designed for AZUL and the Minnesota Zoo.
Spend a day exploring Minnesota’s largest cave (with thirteen underground miles); enjoy activities and presentations from conservation experts, including Minnesota Zoo staff and Mystery Cave State Park rangers; meet other young professionals who share your interests; and seize the opportunity to look for and view Minnesota’s native bat species – perhaps one of your last good chances to do so, with white-nose syndrome now found in Minnesota bat populations. This program is open to anyone ages 21 and up who is interested in learning more about Minnesota conservation and these amazing animals. You do not need to be an AZUL member to attend.
AZUL is a community of Minnesota Zoo young advocates who are passionate about saving wildlife. AZUL members experience the Zoo in a whole new way through exclusive animal and exhibit opportunities, access to world-leading zoo experts, and exciting social events. Join us to save wildlife – locally and globally. Click here to learn more about AZUL.
